We are a forward-thinking Residential Children’s Home provider, offering the highest levels of care, support, and stability to young people with complex needs.

We are looking for experienced, compassionate, and self-motivated support workers to join our growing support team, based at our new solo-occupancy family style-home in Taunton, Somerset.

You will be part of a team who will be dedicated to maintaining a warm, nurturing environment, in which young people can develop alongside positive role-models, who are consistent, child-centred and focussed on enriching the life of the individual living at the home. Our young person will feel safe and able to live and thrive in a home where they can express themselves, achieve their potentials and have their voices heard.

You should be qualified to Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and must have a positive, proactive outlook embedded within your practice. You must love working with young people and be genuinely committed to helping them achieve positive outcomes. Applicants must be able to form trusting, positive, consistent, relationships with young people who have experienced trauma. You will be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism at all times and be able to work confidently as part of larger multi-agency team around the child.
